Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with an introductory session or beginner-friendly class.
You can book a class through our website or by contacting us directly. We recommend reserving your spot in advance, as our classes tend to fill up quickly.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows for easy movement. Wear grip socks (available for purchase at the studio). Bring a water bottle and a small towel if needed.
